Trial of the Future

In this example showcase of the Trial of the Future platform, Mr. Whalen contends that On-Deck Inc. acted negligently in their manufacturing of a baseball training weight, which resulted in damages and injury for the prosecution. With your knowledge of the legal system in tow, you decide the fate of Mr. Whalen's case by presenting evidence and arguments that result in a favorable ruling. But choose carefully, if you fail to sway the jury, you may not be hired again!

This prototype was created in part with the Wilmington University Law School by The Bozos. It is intended to be an educational tool for training law school students on courtroom procedures. Feedback is welcome on how this tool could be expanded upon in the future!
